the location was perfect, as it was situated on the main street and provided easy access to many other slopes around Zao. the room was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was served in a traditional Japanese style. the hotel provided great facilities and offered a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
The lack of variety in the dinner menu.

The hot spring here was amazing and really relaxed me after a long day of work. I loved the fact that they had an outdoor hot spring next to a river, which made it very serene. the food was also top-notch and was presented in a very unique way. I enjoyed tasting so many different flavors. the hotel's location was perfect for my business trip, as it was close to the city center and the airport.
The room was a little bit small, but I understand that it's typical for Japanese hotels. the hotel's interior design was a little bit old-fashioned, but it had a certain charm to it.

Unforgettable xmas experience! The staff were so friendly and welcoming - their hospitality was excellent. The hotel had both indoor and outdoor onsens, so we could relax and enjoy the hot springs. The outdoor onsen was located next to a beautiful river, providing a soothing and serene atmosphere. The dinner was like a Japanese course menu, with a variety of delicious and visually appealing dishes. We were served small portions, but we were pleasantly surprised by how filling it was. The breakfast followed a similar style and was equally enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!
None! The experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic.
